Medicaid Coordinator - Berkshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Medicaid Coordinator to join our growing organization.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with residents and their families to compile all information needed for benefit eligibility.
• Review admission forms for residents referred for Medicaid assistance.
• Collect all necessary documents to apply for Medicaid.
• Follow up to ensure that all applications are approved.
• Secure and complete appropriate forms in accordance with established procedure
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Nursing home Medicaid experience required
• Long term care experience preferred
• Detail orientated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
