Media Specialist
6 Month Contract, 40 hours a week
100% Remote - EST hours
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment working on activating Paid Media within Meta and/or Pinterest platforms.
- Experience with additional platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat is a bonus.
- 3+ years of working knowledge of web applications, service-oriented architecture/web services, and client/server technology testing.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Act as a business quality resource for online marketing and creative teams when testing expertise or scoping is requested across domains.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis, design, and execution of testing.
- Assist in quality assurance efforts for websites.
- Detect and test defects, field problems to appropriate business teams (technical, marketing, creative).
- Measure and monitor quality data, recommend solutions to improve site performance for internal and external customers.
- Analyze search phrasing, category relationships, product content, and customer comments for trends and actionable items.
- Validate site content against the weekly marketing calendar.
- Log and track actionable items in Test Director defect tool.
- Communicate defects to appropriate owners.
- Provide management with weekly status reports.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Attend business operations and team meetings to discuss planning, strategy, and priorities.
- Continuously scour the website for defects and poor user experiences.
- Recommend changes to the site based on improved user experience and corporate sales.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00
