The Role:
Are you a digital B2B sales and marketing enthusiast? Do you get a kick out of finding new digital technologies to drive revenue growth. Do you thrive on understanding the (engineering) customer, finding new ways to reach them and making data-driven decisions.? Do you have a background in digital media and marketing services?
This is an exciting two-step career opportunity:
Maintain and grow the current Lectrix media business
Research, design and build a whole new digital media business
We are looking for a to drive growth across our media/event properties, serving our current base of advertisers and sponsors; and at the same time, working with our team, to reinvent this business to provide exciting, new marketing opportunities for our engineering clients. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role is critical to our success as we continue to expand Lectrix' market presence.
What You’ll Do:
?? Create growth of advertising and sponsorship sales for our current media brands and events: Interference TechnologyElectronics CoolingEMC Live, and Thermal Live
?? Leverage sales and marketing technologies to drive efficiency and revenue performance.
While simultaneously:
?? Working with the senior team, you will develop the vision and roadmap for the new Lectrix media business.
Research and develop the media and marketing services that our advertiser clients are looking for today, alignuing these new services with how they buy, and how their engineering customers consume content today.
?? This will include researching and analyzing market
?? Collaborating with internal teams and clients to test and build new products and services.
Devising and executing marketing campaigns to launch them.
?? Creating consistent growth from these new revenue streams.
Building lasting client relationships, and delivering programs that meet their long term business needs and goals.
Who You Are:
? You have 5+ years of B2B sales & marketing experience, ideally in media (email, web campaigns, virtual events, digital/print advertising).
? You’ve got a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
? You've built digital media and marketing businesses or products before.
You’re data-driven and analytical, with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities.
? You’re a confident, strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
? You thrive in a remote work environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
? You love working on solo projects as well as working with a team.
