Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech to join our team at Emerald Park. As a key member of our care team, you will ensure the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing exceptional support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medication records in compliance with state regulations.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and promptly report any concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) or similar certification in [State].
