Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a small, 32 bed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Salary Range: Experiences based pay for Full & Part Time starting at $18/hr. Flex/Pool is $20.50/hr. PLUS Shift Differentials including $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

As a Med Tech, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Assist in admissions, transfers, discharges and death procedures
• Maintain residents' records daily, (ie) weights and vital signs, in a timely manner, and in accordance with FMC policy and procedures
• Assist residents with medication as defined by the medication procedure and physicians' orders.
• Assist residents or families who have elected to use other pharmacies.
• Responds promptly and positively to resident request for assistance, including telephone calls, and requests from family and friends, visitors, or other personnel.

What do I need for this role with Frederick Living?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be medication administration certified OR willing to obtain medication administration certification upon hire as well as complete a minimum of 6 hours of dementia education annually.
• Preferred experience in caring for the elderly with cognitive impairments.
