Patient Ratios 6-7 patients per nurse; 2-3 nurses depending of census. Type of equipment PCA pumps, IV pumps EMR -Typical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for:(Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)Must without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med-Surg experience. Minimum of 2 years recent hospital experiencePreferred or nice to with these skills will be considered first. Surgical experience;bilingual preferred but not a must; Experience with MeditechList typical procedures performed on unit(s): Admissions, discharges, transfers; Wound care, IV s, Blood administration, collecting of specimens, medication administrationDress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
