Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.
• Perform maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
• Read and interpret mechanical documentation, including blueprints and operations manuals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in machinery maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
