This person will be responsible for supervising the Millwrights, Toolmaker, and Machine Repairmen on 2nd shift. This entails offering overtime per the contract, keeping track of time and attendance per the contract and Client policy, Accounting for everyone's daily activities through a utilization report, following up with actions that cannot be performed immediately, managing the work and the condition of the shop, and will have to work a rotation on the weekends usually once a month.
This team works an hour or two of overtime typically and one weekend per months.
