This is a full-time field position for Mid career sales engineer professional with advancement opportunities in the Mechanical Contractor field.
Pay rate Base up to $100K (based on experience) PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $150K & MORE

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business & client services in Mechanical Contractors & Engineers with MEP / HVAC projects & manage territory selling Refrigeration & HVAC services & agreements, warm leads provided some cold lead generation needed.
- Initiating and coordinating entertainment and technical events for your team’s clients
- Set & follow up on leads & referrals from current clients & generate new business
- Will need an understanding of MEP / HVAC equipment, system design, BAS Equipment
- Manage and oversee the release of your team’s projects, including all equipment for flawless execution from shipment to job closeout
- Have proficient knowledge of energy & cost saving strategies for HVAC Commercial & lighting systems to explain to clients
- Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
- Qualify and target opportunities based on close customer knowledge
- Manage budgeting quotes, service agreements to support sales plans
- Determine proposal pricing solutions and selling strategy, review contract terms in compliance with Vendor Partners & company standards.
- Partner closely with both MSRs and PSRs; serving as internal Client Services advocate & subject matter expert.
- Provides total account business activity reports and annual forecasts.
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in MEP / HVAC Sales, years of successful experience in the commercial HVAC industry, able to present value added propositions to key decision makers at target accounts
- Chiller’s, Boilers, RTU’s, Air Handlers, BAS, Controls, Electrical understanding & Bachelor’s degree
- Will need B2B Sales experience, with $250K to $5MM with a strong working knowledge of systems, equipment, components (RTU's, VAV, VRF, Chillers etc).
- Great attitude, great technical knowledge and customer service
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Good driving record / license
- Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field
- Must be Professional and Polished, tactful & respectful with clients & team members regardless of their status or position, accepts responsibility for own actions,
- Great follow through on commitments & Effective time management skills-
- Self-sufficient in time management, should have tools or ability to develop tools for continual efficiency & productivity
