Mechanical Project Manager at GPAC

We have an exciting Project Manager opportunity for a great talent with commercial HVAC and Plumbing experience! Gpac, a 30 year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established Mechanical Contractor in central Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects valued at $10MM or more.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry.
• Experience managing projects in either HVAC or plumbing (both preferred).
• Proven ability to manage mechanical projects with budgets exceeding $10MM.
• Healthcare project experience is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in BlueBeam, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
