We are currently in search of an innovative and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a key player in our organization, driving the completion of various projects, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks and opportunities.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
4. Manage and solve conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders.
5. Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, problems, and solutions to the upper management.
6. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
7. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
8. Evaluate and assess the results of the project upon completion.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in mechanical construction projects.
3. Proven experience in project management and familiarity with construction procedures and material and project management principles.
4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
