The Project Manager (PM) oversees and coordinates the safe and timely completion of mechanical construction projects, upholding the values of excellent customer service, the highest quality work, and "better plan, better build," every time. The PM manages all aspects of complex projects, including planning, scheduling, cost control, general supervision, and labor relations. This role also includes supervising and developing Project Engineers, maintaining client relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Our ideal Project Manager is an experienced people and project leader who can handle multiple large, complex jobs simultaneously. Our PM is quality and deadline-driven, responsible, and highly motivated to deliver excellent results, while encouraging and motivating every member of the team to reach their goals.
