The Project Manager will oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Experience overseeing hospital, medical center, churches, schools, and data center projects are a plus.
- Competitive Salary: $110k - $140k
