ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with/present to clients regarding projects
- Head up multiple MEP projects
- Mentor/train mechanical engineers/designers
- Independently design projects from schematic design through project
completion
- Produce detailed design documents and specifications
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Arch/Engineering required
- 6-10 years of HVAC engineering experience
- Good working knowledge of IMC and IECC
- Willingness to perform Energy Modeling using TRACE, eQUEST or other
programs a plus
- Good understanding of ASHRAE Standards, especially 55, 90.1 & 62.1
- Experience in projects with sustainable solutions and LEED
certifications a plus
- PE. license is a plus
- REVIT MEP skills a plus
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with a variety of
clients
Salary Range:$100,000-$130,000. Individual pay will be based on
several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
of the applicant.
