What You’ll Do:
- Drive Project Success: Lead and manage projects to ensure financial targets are met, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead Teams: Direct project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards from start to finish.
- Collaborate: Work alongside design and engineering teams to develop effective project strategies.
- Plan & Execute: Review construction documents and create detailed project schedules, guiding your team through every phase.
- Mentor & Develop: Coach team members to achieve their full potential and drive overall project success.
- Strategize: Engage in company-wide planning initiatives to align workforce needs with future projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years in mechanical construction project management, ideally with HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, BlueBeam, P6, Microsoft Office; experience with Viewpoint and Autodesk is a bonus).
- Estimating Skills: Strong background in estimating and resource scheduling.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to interpret complex construction documents.
- Committed: A strong drive to achieve long-term goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
