Talento Search Group has an opening for a Mechanical Process Engineer position in Georgetown, Kentucky. This is a full time, direct-hire position and the pay rate is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Mechanical Process Engineer is responsible for improving safety, quality and productivity to increase production capacity, recommend and implement process changes
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze equipment downtime
- Improve processes within manufacturing facility through lean manufacturing methods
- Improve capability and production volume through analyzing and planning workflow and equipment layout
- Provide process flow improvements
- Insure smooth transition from pre-production to production
- Maintain setup and work instructions to assist in training of team members
- Enforce all company safety rules and regulations
- Ability to work alongside maintenance to troubleshoot machines, if needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field
- 2-5 years of industrial engineering experience; forging experience is helpful
