Johnson service Group, Inc. Has opportunities for Traveling Mechanical Pre-Commissioning Technicians. In this role you will be identifying completed installations and QC control to confirm automated conveyor/logistics/order pulling systems.

Requirements
- Reading and interpreting conveyor blueprints (i.e. identify unit number, conveyor location in building, etc.)
- Reading and interpreting conveyor installation manuals
- Assembling and/or disassembling conveyor components (motor/reducer, bearings, pulleys, etc.)
- Understanding of pneumatics, air operated components etc.
- Basic understanding of Material Handling Systems, the basic Controls and machine functionality
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with key project personnel (project manager, lead engineers, Site Supervisor and the client.)
- Has more defined understanding of systems and equipment including
- Machines,
- Schematics
- Drawings
- Standards
- ASC product pages and manuals
- Checklists
- Systems and software access for these applications and needs
- High School or equivalent; Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
- 1-5 years working with installation or an Electrical Technician role. with a focus on mechanical systems or equivalent experience in a construction, manufacturing, maintenance or QC environment
