Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

We are an award-winning mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering firm offering forward-thinking, quality consulting engineering services to architects, owners, and contractors across the country.

In the event a holiday falls on a weekend day, we will take either the preceding Friday or the following Monday as we decide collectively. We also offer medical insurance. This coverage is for medical, vision, and dental insurance, and is paid for by the company as a benefit.

Job Details
Coordinate mechanical aspects of commercial or institutional projects
Perform routine mechanical engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
Write and edit mechanical specifications, and select mechanical systems and devices
Utilize engineering software to develop HVAC loads, energy analysis and mechanical equipment selections
Prepare construction documents for HVAC and plumbing design of buildings, including drawings, specifications and reports
Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects.
ake responsibility for construction contract administration requiring field inspections and conflict resolution
Perform other duties as needed
IM/Revit experience
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with a project team to completion of tasks.
Preference given to local candidates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Trane TRACE or similar software, and equipment selection software)
