Mechanical Maintenance Technician Second Shift at Fresh Baguette

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SECOND SHIFTFresh Baguette bakery is expanding its maintenance team to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises and machinery for our two production centers and seven stores. Maintenance tasks will have a range from HVAC installations, walk-in cooler/freezer, oven, mixer, to plumbing, etc.We are seeking to have a first and second shift for our facilities and are looking for second shift technicians.Responsibilities:Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.Installs replacement parts for machines.Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.Prepares reports documenting work performed.Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.Upgrade equipment.Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.Performs other related duties as assigned.Use and implement CMMSCommunicate with efficiency in the software Team.Requirements:Driver"s licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsMechanically inclined with great problem-solving skillsWorks well independently and with othersGood communication skillsOrganized with attention to detailPhysical stamina and dexterityFirst aid, low-voltage safety, OSHA, and/or any other relevant certificates are a plusCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) will be a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment and with a sense of urgency, when requiredAbility to work autonomouslyWork Schedule:The schedule is indicative and provisional.
