Qualifications for this Mechanical HVAC Drafter or Designer opportunity include:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
3+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential HVAC design in NYC
Must be familiar with NYC Building Codes and Energy Conservation Codes
Proficiency with AutoCAD is required, Revit and Bluebeam are a plus
Familiarity with electrical plans is preferred
DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) site and cross-connection experience is preferred

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
