**Pay Rate:** $34-$35 per hour (Based on experience)

**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced **Mechanical Foreman** to oversee mechanical operations at our Brandon, Mississippi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and team management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical work on various projects
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics, ensuring high-quality work
- Monitor and inspect work for compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions as needed
- Plan and schedule tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Communicate progress and challenges to site supervisors and management
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Must reside within **60 miles of Brandon, MS**
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
