Mechanical Estimator - Superior Heating and Air Conditioning

We are a mechanical contractor based out of the East Valley looking to bring on another Estimator. We specialize in all Retail, Restaurants, Commercial and Industrial projects. We are going at a rapid pace and want to make sure that we hold to our company core values-Safety, Quality while providing a work life balance.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, send out materials to be quoted
• Complete Accurate take-offs
• Create Proposals with Inclusions/Exclusions
• Before sending out proposals, review with Owner
• Send out proposals, follow up with proposals within a couple of weeks
• Create a schedule/budget for Project
• Send out any RFI’s
• Send out any Change Orders
• Assist Foremans with Ordering Materials per the take off

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years estimating
• Be able to interpret Blueprints
• Must have at least 4-5 years with Mechanical Experience
• Can meet deadlines
• Problem Solve
