Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Ramapo College, Main Campus - Mahwah, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on campus facilities.
• Assist in the installation and upkeep of building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
