Mechanical Engineer - Redshift Recruiting LLC

Our well-established client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a senior engineer to provide technical design and construction documents for commercial building HVAC and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer:Perform HVAC and plumbing load calculations using applicable computer software
Work closely with equipment vendors and manufacturers' representatives for selection and specification of appropriate equipment
Create highly coordinated construction documents
Construction administration responsibilities including submittal reviews, construction inspections and field troubleshooting
Other duties as assigned



Qualifications of the Mechanical Engineer:Bachelor's degree in a related field
5-10 years' experience in HVAC or plumbing design
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Revit MEP experience is a plus
PE license is also a plus
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly up to $120,000.
