• Provide preliminary design, develop detailed system plans, and specifications
• Responsible for equipment selection and negotiation, leveraging manufacturer and distributor relationships
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine system requirements
• Collaborate with all vested parties to integrate HVAC systems with the overall building design
• Conduct system reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with building codes and energy efficiency standards
• Prepare technical documents, such as reports, calculations, and proposals
• Oversee the coordination the installation of HVAC systems
• Perform troubleshooting and assist with resolving HVAC system issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design or a relevant field
• Proficiency in HVAC principles and calculations
• Strong understanding of building codes and energy efficiency standards
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit 
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
