About the Job
Responsibilities of Role:
" Review of Design deliverables (Packing line layout, Technical Specification, Technical Recommendation, Fabrication drawing , BOM )
" Coordination with Offshore design team , Client , Vendor , Contractors and ensure all Design deliverables meeting with customer expectation ,
" Support construction team and providing technical guidance wherever needed.
" Project Planning & Management, Resource management & Ensure the Utilization of team.
" Scope understanding with customer, and connect with all stake holders for further proceed on Project execution process
" Responsible for all engineering activities related to new product development initiatives / maintenance / derivatives of existing machines
" Technical support for Mechanical construction activities on field end to end. Responsible for delivery of project on time with zero defects with support design team.
" Documenting the construction related issues and preparation of action plans to resolve issues. Aligning vendor tasks to deliver defect-free installation of the machine.
" Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work.
" Prepares and oversees work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project.
" Conduct IQ, OQ, VAT.
Skill Set:
" Design and Project knowledge on Packing line (Front of line and End of Lines)
" Experience in FMCG / Client / Pharmaceutical company
" Experience in 2D (Auto CAD) & 3D
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
