Mechanical Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

Are you a passionate Mechanical Engineer eager to tackle challenging projects in healthcare, labs, and food processing facilities? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team with an established HVAC Mechanical Services firm in the greater St. Louis, MO area!

Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

In this role, you'll:

• Become an HVAC Design Expert: Design and plan layouts for equipment, ductwork, and piping systems across diverse projects.
• Drive Projects from Start to Finish: Lead the development of HVAC designs, from initial concepts all the way to construction drawings.
• Apply Your Engineering Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in application engineering, including sequence of operations, load calculations, and more.
• Collaborate with the Best: Work alongside a team of experts, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Be a Client Champion: Support sales, project managers, and service departments by providing engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of HVAC Mechanical Engineering design experience
• Proficiency in building load and energy code compliance calculations (e.g., Trane Trace)
• Familiarity with Revit (a plus)

We highly prefer, but won't require:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with pharmaceutical projects
