What Kind of Person are We looking for
Someone with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience in robotics, automotive or a related field.
High volume manufacturing product design experience preferred.
A creative problem solver who can design complex mechanical systems and components with precision and reliability.
Exemplify a mechanical engineering project with ownership. Chassis design, robot design, other auto design or any other moving assembly that needs understanding of power transmission, kinematics and multiple moving parts.
A person with a solid understanding of materials science and can select the optimal materials for various design applications.
Experience with electrical actuators and gear transmission systems including strain-wave, planetary, or cycloidal
An individual who excels in a collaborative team environment, contributing to group objectives and valuing the synergy of in-person work settings.
Someone who is comfortable with the iterative design process, embracing both direct feedback and the necessity of rapid prototyping and adaptation.
A candidate with experience in CAD and CAE software, finite element analysis, and other simulation tools.
A professional with a Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Certifications such as P.E. or specific skills in 3D printing, CNC machining, or similar technologies would be a plus.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $1,000,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
