Mechanical Engineer - Harrison Consulting Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical and/or plumbing systems (calculations, layouts, sizing, equipment selections, specification, and coordination)
  
• Coordinate projects from start to finish
  
• Design specification/layout for fire protection scope of work
  
• Perform code reviews
  
• Review/process shop drawings and submittals
  
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  
• Serve as client liaison and communicate on existing and new project development
  
• Project management duties
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
   
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 5+ years of mechanical/plumbing design experience as an engineering MEP consultant or plumbing contractor
  
• PE License
  
• Previous project management experience
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
