Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer opportunity include:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of mechanical design experience for commercial, healthcare, institutional, educational, municipal, and industrial projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in MD and LEED Accredited
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project
Manage and lead design team to produce code-compliant, budget-aligned designs and oversee contract preparations
Resolve construction issues, perform site inspections, and ensure design and construction quality
Recruit and mentor junior staff, promoting team development and collaboration

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
