Job Summary:

Our client, a leading company in the pulp and paper industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermodynamics and heat transfer, as well as experience with steam and condensate setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components for use in the pulp and paper industry - Conduct analysis and calculations to ensure design integrity and functionality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success - Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, Experience with and condensate setup - Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
