M&E has more than 40 employees including Professional Engineers, LEED Consultants, Designers, & Project Managers. Clients are provided with specific and comprehensive services from Detailed Designs in both the Mechanical & Electrical disciplines, Building Condition Assessments, Feasibility Studies, Energy Studies, LEED Certification, System Reviews, and Building System Designs from concept design through to final commissioning of projects. M&E designs for office & hotel buildings, condominium complexes & rental buildings, retail complexes, & institutional building. M&E specializes in Energy Savings Conversions and upgrades incorporating chiller & boiler designs upgrades to Building Automation systems, new lighting designs, & water savings conversions.

M&E designs plumbing retrofits for piping replacement, emergency generator compliance & fire alarm upgrades & replacement. M&E has completed building reviews for Building Condition Assessments for pre-purchase inspections, re-finance, to general reviews for budget purposes & capital planning.

• Designing HVAC and Plumbing Systems for retrofit and new construction for Commercial and high-rise residential buildings
• Coordinate with disciplines internally as well as externally with Consultants/Architects
• Preparing, with the team, design drawings and specifications
• Preparation of tender documents
• Conduct and attend site visits and prepare site reports.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed PE in New York State
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, Outlook, Word, Excel
• 5-10 years of experience
• Excellent command of the spoken and written English language
