Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new designs.
Create detailed specifications and technical documentation.

Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
Perform testing and validation of prototypes.
Analyze and resolve design issues and defects.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Oversee the manufacturing process of mechanical components.
Participate in project management activities and timeline estimations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
Evaluate materials and processes for cost-effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records and logs of engineering changes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred.
5+ years of experience in mechanical design or related area.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Experience in product development lifecycle.
Knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, ISO, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Proficient in using simulation and analysis tools.
Understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics principles.
Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
