Title: Mechanical Engineer

Pay: $120k - $150k

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project work with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters, including new equipment projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication, assembly, machining, or processing.
- Assist the Maintenance team with assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
- Design and lead experiments, create test parameters, analyze data, and implement engineering solutions.
- Recommend and implement design modifications to prevent malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Six (6) + years of relevant experience.
- Experience in analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials.
- Proficiency in statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE).
- Advanced knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, print, and/or paper equipment and processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
