About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter
* Participating in hardware development of new products across all phases of the product lifecycle from concept development to lab integration and evaluation
* Developing imaginative, thorough, practicable technical solutions to a wide range of difficult Mechanical Engineering problems.
* Performing detailed design of mechanical structures and subsystems using solid modeling, requirements analysis, trade studies, mechanical analysis including structural, thermal, and tolerance analysis, and human interface design
* Using computer-aided design tools such as Unigraphics/NX, FEA packages, and MatLab
* Working cohesively on a multi-functional team with exciting technologies and products
* May lead, guide & direct concept design and the work of others
* Other related duties as assigned

Required Education/Experiences:
Level 2
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2 years of related experience, Master’s Degree with 1 years related experience
* Able to obtain/maintain a government secret security clearance
Level 3
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 years of related experience, Master’s Degree with 3 years related experience
* Ability to lead design efforts & project teams
* Able to obtain/maintain a government secret security clearance
