We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks to design and develop innovative mechanical components and systems. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, conducting engineering analysis, generating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch
Our Mechanical Engineer I - Solidworks:
· Design and Modeling - Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings of mechanical components and systems, including various materials and assemblies.
· Engineering Analysis - Perform stress analysis, motion simulation, and other engineering calculations within SolidWorks to evaluate design integrity and optimize performance.
· Prototyping - Collaborate with the prototyping team to develop physical prototypes based on SolidWorks designs for testing and validation.
· Technical Documentation - Generate comprehensive technical documentation including bills of materials (BOMs), design specifications, and assembly instructions.
· Project Management - Manage assigned design projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
· Develop detailed mechanical designs for equipment like pumps, compressors, turbines, drilling rigs, and pipeline components, utilizing engineering software and calculations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Conduct stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and other engineering calculations to assess the structural integrity of mechanical systems.
· Create technical drawings and specifications for equipment and system components.
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize asset life.
· Troubleshoot equipment failures, diagnose root causes, and coordinate repair activities.
· Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software, including 3D modeling, assemblies, drawings, and simulation tools
· Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing processes
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sales, and quality assurance
· Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, FEA, CFD) and AutoCAD
· Minimum 1 year of working experience
Special Conditions of Employment
· Must possess a valid US Driver’s License.
· Must be willing to submit to pre-employment, random and for-cause drug testing, as well as any other drug testing required by our clients and statutory regulations.

· Possess high degree of initiative, creativity, communication skills, self-supervision, and respect for safety requirements.
· Must be a team player & work closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and outside services.
· Must have a flexible work schedule - shift work, overtime and weekends and schedule changes are routine and required aspects of the position. We expect Monday through Friday day time availability to accomplish work and be available for meetings.
· Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
· Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel to field sites for project oversight and troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day technical support to Design team.
- Able to control and manage conflict, risks, changes, safety, quality, cost & schedule in an organized manner and often time-constrained environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with and present to Senior Management, partners and external stakeholders.
