We are seeking a full-time HVAC Engineer with 5 years of engineering experience in design of HVAC mechanical systems.
Our southern, New Jersey office is looking for a Mechanical Engineer. We provide engineering services for Governmental entities throughout the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our company info; roughly 100 employees, 20 million in revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:
- You need to be familiar with relevant building codes, ASHRAE and other applicable design standards.
- Plus the ability to coordinate projects with clients from start-to-finish, be able to prepare contract documents using AutoCAD, and prepare/check mark-ups for execution by our designing and drafting team.
- Knowledge of how to design chilled and hot water piping and air distribution systems, and prepare/check cooling & heating load calculations.
- Ability to run projects through construction, check shop drawings, be able to respond to RFI’s, and perform detailed field surveys and building evaluations.
- NJ Professional Engineer License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Technical English writing skills for specifications and general communication.
- Proficiency AutoCAD is required.
