Job Details
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solidworks, Handling design based projects from concept to completion, and GD&T. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our processes and products. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products and manufacturing processes using Solidworks.
- Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Perform testing and analysis to ensure products meet design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Solidworks and GD&T.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
