Mechanical EngineerCompensation

• The pay for this position is $69.44 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Mechanical Engineer Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• You will need to be onsite 5 days per week

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving moderately-complex mechanical problems
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs
• Works independently to create design of multiple components, systems or devices and tests, analyzes and solves advanced technical problems
• Applies advanced statistical techniques and utilizes design of experiments
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Mechanical Engineer Requirements

• Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Mechanical Engineer Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer
