JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creating design concepts for Undercarriage Arrangements
* Leading design reviews and then completing the releasing and detailing.
* Research and investigate the design, functionality and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes.
* Responsible for making engineering drawings, and read and interpret blueprints.
* Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.
* Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects.
* Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew.
* Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software. * Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
* Implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/OR
* Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
* Creo / Solid modeling experience
* Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, 1E Specifications, and GD&T.
* Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Undercarriage Design Experience
* Structures Design Experience
* Hydraulics Experience
* Willingness to work with Global Customers, Suppliers, and Process Partners
* Mechanical aptitude, and the ability troubleshoot Hydraulic, Structure and Mechanical systems
* Strong analytical skills
