We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and detailing large industrial equipment per customer specifications, utilizing your expertise in Inventor and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles.

About the Role:

• Design & Development: You will work closely with Engineering Managers and Project Managers to design and detail complex industrial equipment, including weldments, ductwork, and other large assemblies.
• Technical Expertise: You will leverage your strong Inventor skills to create detailed drawings, models, and assemblies for equipment general arrangements, field erection drawings, and shop fabrication drawings.
• Collaboration: You will effectively communicate and collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including structural, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure project success.
• Project Execution: You will play a key role in executing projects efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Who You Are:

• A Seasoned Professional: You have at least 5 years of experience in the mechanical design field, with a proven track record of successfully designing and detailing industrial equipment using Inventor.
• An Inventor Expert: You possess advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, including 2D and 3D modeling capabilities.
• Industry Experience: You have a strong background in heavy industrial applications, with experience in designing weldments, ductwork, or other large industrial equipment.

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a temp to perm opportunity.
• Pay Range: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour based on prior experience.
