Job Title: Mechanical Designer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Are you an experienced Mechanical Designer with expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems? Selectek is seeking a skilled professional to join a dynamic team in Birmingham, AL, working on impactful projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors.
About the Role:

• Design facility HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and healthcare buildings.
• Perform calculations and studies to size HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Create and layout water and drainage system piping and isometric diagrams.
• Design HVAC ductwork and hydronic system piping, including isometric diagrams.

Who You Are:

• A mechanical designer with 3+ years of experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of design tools and processes.
• Knowledgeable in NEC codes and standards.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in creating efficient and accurate designs for complex systems.

Additional Info:

• Salary Range: $60k - $70k depending on prior experience
