Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to develop detailed design specifications for rotating equipment projects.
- Assist in the creation of 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
- Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and performance of rotating equipment.
- Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably with a focus on rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards related to rotating equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
