Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Design Engineer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for process or industrial gas plants, cryogenic experience a plus
• Strong proficiency with ASME VIII pressure vessel and ASME B31.3 piping code, including Codeware Compress, AutoCAD, AutoPlant, and CAE Pipe software
• Develop detailed drawings for piping, vessels, skids, and equipment layouts; verify all designs for accuracy and compliance
• Work cross-functionally to ensure fit and function of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment
• Perform ASME calculations for pressure vessels and piping; conduct quality inspections at outside fabrication sites
• Support plant operations with remote monitoring and on-site maintenance as needed
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, plus ability to meet off-shift/weekend requirements based on project needs

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
