Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Design Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of HVAC design experience in commercial, commercial interiors, and institutional environments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing and selection, developing control systems, and performing site surveys.
• Working knowledge of building, energy, and green codes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead a team and manage projects.
• Oversee electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
