THE ORGANIZATION

Multi-office firm dedicated to the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and service of commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, process piping, and building automation systems.

THE POSITION

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage HVAC, plumbing, and process-related projects, while building strong relationships with clients and coordinating project requirements with internal teams. This role demands an individual with a proactive approach to project management, sales, and field operations, demonstrating exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and process-related projects, from initial planning and proposals to execution and completion.

• Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules to meet financial and operational goals.

• Coordinate field labor and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support business development.

• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders through meetings and updates.

• Mentor team members, contribute to best practices, and support organizational growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• At least 5 years of experience in estimating, design, or project management for

HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to $25 million.

• Proven ability to work independently while achieving organizational objectives.

• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professionalism.

• Active participation in industry or community organizations is a plus.
