About the Job
Looking for a mechanical assembler with contract manufacturing/electronic experience, will be stuffing boards. Would be doing mechanical electronic assembly and PCB Handling. Will be working with potting equipment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Fast paced work area need to meet or exceed daily goals and requirements.
Verify integrity of material to be assembled and report defects. Recognize and identify any non-conforming material and inform appropriate manufacturing personnel. Assemble and pack out products following specific procedures.. Responsible for inventory, equipment, data collection and housekeeping within work area. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures. Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process. Ability to use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches and screwdrivers)
. Ability to follow mechanical and electrical drawings. Basic mechanical assembly knowledge. Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids. Electrical wiring skills are a plus. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process. Ability to follow mechanical and electrical drawings. Basic mechanical assembly knowledge. High School diploma or equivalent education. 1 + years electro-mechanical assembly in the manufacturing industry. Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process electro-mechanical assembly in the manufacturing industry. Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids.
