Do you have 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder or Automotive Mechanic working in a shop environment? A top supplier and manufacturer in switchgear design is adding a Mechanical Assembler to their team! This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position.

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
· Interpret assembly and elevation drawings
· Construct modular steel cabinets and copper buss assemblies
· Operate a forklift, with proper training
· Use of hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, pilers) and power tools (drill, impact, pneumatic torque wrench)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am- 2:30pm
· Overtime Available!
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Mechanical Assembler Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder or even Automotive Mechanic working in a more job shop environment and not on an assembly line
· Perform basic math functions including an understanding of fractions and decimals
· Ability to use shop equipment and hand tools
· Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics
