Mechanic - We Hire People

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) Description is working with a growing industry leader to find a Mechanic. The Mechanic schedule is 4 X 10 hour shifts, Tuesday –Friday, from 6am –4: 30

Key Responsibilities:

• Position parts according to the knowledge of the unit being assembled by following blueprints/technical drawings.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using various hand tools.
• Can read hydraulic schematics and assembly prints
• Trouble shoot and problem-solving of area builds.

Background:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience as a Mechanic
• 1+ years of related experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, safety rules
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
