Job Title:  Fabrication Mechanic - Packaging Equipment
Location:  West Caldwell, NJ
Schedule / Hours: 2nd shift, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, Monday-Friday
Type:  Direct Hire

Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment. Your responsibilities will include operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues, while adhering to applicable and well-stablished safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Operate, adjust, repair, and maintain packaging equipment

• Support equipment changeovers

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

• Perform routine maintenance

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
